The perfect egg for dipping your toast! Cooked sunny-side up with a runny yolk, this breakfast classic is seasoned with just a touch of salt and pepper for a simple and satisfying start to your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- egg
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over high heat.
2. Crack the egg into the pan and let it cook until the egg whites begin coagulating, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid on for 1 minute to finish cooking the egg. Then, uncover and remove the egg from the pan.
