The New York legislature just passed Senate Bill S8479A, which forces credit card companies to report on firearms and ammo purchases.
This completely infringes on the Second Amendment and citizens' right to privacy!
Rodger Marshall, JD Vance, and Josh Hawley are backing the Credit Card Competition Act which would break up the Visa/Mastercard duopoly and allow competitors who could fight back against these unconstitutional laws.
The Credit Card Competition Act must pass!
