Carrot pudding 🍮 🥕Ingredients: 🥄Carrots - 3 pcs 🥄Apple - 2 pcs 🥄Egg - 1 pc 🥄Semolina - 1 tbsp 🥄Milk - 100 ml 🥄Water - 100 ml 🥄Sour cream - 1 tbsp 🥄Butter - 1 tsp 👩‍🍳Preparation: 🔪Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Boil in milk and water.Pour semolina and half a portion of butter into it.Cool the resulting mixture and mix with apples, grated on a fine grater.Egg white whipped into foam.
