From the beginning of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, to the exploitation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, more than 110 samples of Ukrainian and foreign-made automotive equipment were admitted. In particular, 60 of them were accepted into service during the last five months, — the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "The range of categories of vehicles is quite extensive and includes armored cars, off-road vehicles, trucks, motorcycles and special vehicles. The fleet of the Armed Forces currently has equipment manufactured in more than 20 countries around the world, including the USA, Germany, Sweden, Great Britain, Italy and others," they said at the Ministry of Defense. The department reported that models of off-road vehicles produced by Japanese and European automakers, popular in the military, as well as the world's largest American tractor-transporter for off-road transportation of tanks, self-propelled artillery installations and other heavy armored vehicles, were officially admitted to operation. "In addition to armored and heavy equipment, the Ukrainian military received ATVs, hexacycles and buggies. More than a third of the 110 codified samples of automotive equipment are of Ukrainian development and production. Among them are special vehicles, armored cars, ordinary trucks, all-terrain vehicles and electric motorcycles of domestic production. "The codification and admission of a sample of domestically produced weapons and military equipment into operation with the assignment of a NATO nomenclature number allows it to be purchased from the state budget for units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the Ministry of Defense emphasized.
