🇫🇮 Finland has allowed the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use Finnish weapons on Russian territory, according to Elina Valtonen, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
She stated that a country waging a defensive war can strike military facilities on the aggressor's territory if it is necessary for self-defense.
