SHOCKING: A maniac on a NYC subway ignited a cup of liquid and threw it at a 23 year-old stranger, setting fire to the his shirt and burning his chest and neck. The purp, Nile Taylor (49) with a long rap sheet was taken into custody right after the accident. Police believes he is responsible for a similar attack in February.
