Madison Grant (1865-1937) was an American lawyer, historian, physical anthropologist, conservationist, and eugenicist. He is best known for his work as a conservationist, credited with the saving of many different species of animals, founding many different environmental and philanthropic organizations, and developing much of the discipline of wildlife management. His ideas influenced immigration policies in the United States.
