On 4/29 Ninette Simons nearly lost her life to an alien invader, released from prison prior to her assault, because a judge said it wasn't OK to hold him. A foreign alien invader is being charged over a violent home invasion and robbery in Perth, Australia where an elderly woman was viciously bashed unconscious. The perp was released from immigration detention after a landmark High Court ruling weeks before the crime. Majid Jamshidi Doukoshkan, 43, was among 149 detainees released after the High Court ruled in November 2023 that indefinite immigration detention was unlawful. Even though these people are violent felons, they LITERALLY were released back into the community because a judge said so. Doukoshkan is one of several criminal aliens charged over the home invasion and burglary which left 73-year-old Ninette Simons hospitalized, beaten so savagely she was almost unrecognizable & came close to dying. Her 76-year-old husband Philip was tied up and also assaulted after the group posed as police officers to gain access to the couple's Girrawheen home.
