Access to White people and White space is not a human right. The White residents of this city were paying double the taxes of that blacks paid while most of money went into the black neighborhoods. Not to mention the high crimes and anti-social violence. No one is owed fair and equal access to Whites, the same as no one is owed fair and equal access to blacks. Why this was ever up for debate is beyond me.
