Obama-appointed Judge Loretta Biggs (D) just ruled that North Carolina must allow felons to vote in their elections.
North Carolina has a law on the books that prevents felons from voting. The judge just determined that the law is discriminatory, primarily against black voters in NC.
This could have a MASSIVE impact on the election results in November.
