Stopped shopping at Walmart many, many moons ago because almost everything is from China and the food is sub-standard… at least as far as I’m concerned.

Here where I am, you only get a choice of Walmart or Ingles to shop at. You have to drive 45 minutes away for the next store. We have tons of farmers markets and natural food shops. I try to buy from them before I go to Walmart or Ingles.

I read every label. The last 3 I read said Beer, Potato Chips, and frosting. When I don't read labels I end up with stuff like spam, pickled beets, and yams.
