A former student is suing Chicago Public Schools after a dean allegedly r*ped her when she was 15. Brian Crowder impregnated her twice then posed as her stepdad and signed the consent for her to get 2 abortions.
She allegedly told staff at the time who failed to report it. Brian also reportedly boasted about the relationship to other staff who failed to report it.
