I know it may seem hypocritical for someone who see #Taxationistheft to support the #fairtax and yet there is simply no way short of an "armed revolution" to "end taxation" like the one that founded the USA. However, no matter how appealing that might seem, it won't actually end taxation by a government at any level.
So, income-based taxation is what could and should be abolished. Most people agree on that. BUT it won't happen without an "option" and that is where the FAIR Tax comes in with taxing "consumption" instead of "income."
Take some time to review how it would work and "why" you should put pressure on your elected Federal representatives to support it and vote for it.

Taxes should ONLY exist as they were originally designed... that would be the tarriffs on incoming and outgoing shipments. The laws do need to be changed. I used to agree about the flat 10% tax for everyone, but I realize that the top rich people that aren't politicians pay half of the national tax and the rest of us all pay the other 50%.
