𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: The City of San Francisco is currently working on a new bill that mandates store owners provide a six-month notice before closing their businesses. Absolutely unbelievable and shocking. Failure to comply with this notice period could allow customers to take legal action against the store owners. This legislative effort is being pursued as more stores are shutting down due to increased crime rates and deteriorating sanitary conditions in the city. For instance, a Whole Foods location in San Francisco closed after just a year of operation, following over 600 emergency calls to the police for various incidents. Instead of addressing the root causes of these issues, such as improving community safety and cleanliness, the city has chosen to focus on imposing obligations on store owners to manage crime-related challenges. This situation raises questions about why voters continue to elect officials who prioritize such policies over tackling the underlying issues affecting businesses and residents in San Francisco. If this isn’t a warning to leave all democrat run cities and states, I don’t know what is! It’s not getting better and will only continue to get worse. What are your thoughts on this shocking policy?
