Yes he will work for one of the white guys because they are the only ones creating jobs in Southern Africa.
The white man probably have more debt at the Bank, and a bond on the farmland, but have the discipline to plan ahead, work hard every day, pay back that bond, create jobs, and most of all, to do what he was born to do…. even thou his Government hate him and give him zero support.

The guys on the right are descendants of people in south Africa for hundreds of years. Perhaps over 400 if they are Afrikaner.
The guy on the left is a descendant of people who migrated to south Africa something about 150 years ago to work in the society built by whites.
