Children with mothers who delight in motherhood, will also grow up and want to have children. Many of us had mothers who made it clear that motherhood was a burden and not a blessing, so we grew up feeling like being a mother wasn’t that great or noble of a calling. The tone you set about being at home, raising your children, loving on them well, showing joy and thanksgiving will be the number one tool against the constant narrative, and lie, that motherhood is awful. Like most things in life, our attitude towards something is half the experience.
