One of the major problems of feminism is also that it has taught women that their feelings are the standard by which they should judge right and wrong. If it doesn’t feel right then it isn’t right. If it feels good then it’s good, and honestly this has been absolutely awful for women and everyone else Feminism has also infantilized women by telling them they shouldn’t have to control their emotions, that being and acting out on however they feel is just for the sake of “authenticity” and that it’s just who they are. Children are expected to control their emotional outburst but women aren’t? Our feelings aren’t an objective standard by which we should judge our decisions and actions. A woman who just acts on every emotional impulse is just an overgrown child lacking self control. It isn’t endearing, it isn’t cute, it isn’t authentic, it’s abusive and embarrassing. Self control is good. Lack of self control isn’t.
