Daycare is such a scam. Really think about this. You drop your baby off right after wake up. You pick them up at 5 in the afternoon, that means, assuming that like most babies and toddlers, they’re going to bed time is 7pm. That means you have literal 2 hours per day with your child. 2 hours!!! This isn’t even taking into account the drive home, dinner and bath time. Your child is literally spending more time with other people than you, the parent. This isn’t raising your own children, this isn’t parenting your own children. It’s simply outsourcing parenthood and it is heartbreaking. Women, your babies need you and you need them. One of the worst lies of feminism that lead us here is that women are happier working and better off working away from their children, this is a lie from hell. Nobody matters more in the world than your babies, so why do we prioritize them and their wellbeing so little? You do not have to live this way, and you shouldn’t. Your babies need you and you need them.
