I know the breeder. She is amazing and takes great care with her animals. If you’re looking for a Great Pyrenees, these are the animals I would buy. ~~~~~~~ We have several gorgeous and well-trained Great Pyrs looking for their own pastures to guard. Born in October 2022 and July 2023 respectively, these pups were intentionally retained in order for them to learn from their amazing parents how to protect their charges. Exposed to goats, pigs, horses, chickens (not yet entirely safe around birds and will need more safe exposure), and even newly-born goat kids, these AKC Pyrs are READY. Parents & grandparents are from amazing bloodlines and are on site (except one mom, who passed very unexpectedly just after being spayed to become a retired indoor pet). These dogs are super friendly, loving, and gentle toward humans, but they do an amazing job protecting our pastures from everything from coyotes to hawks (no bird lands in our pasture ... ever). Both males and females are available. Because they work better in pairs, we will offer discounts on purchasing two or more dogs and discounts to current or retired military.
