French politician Marion Marechal has called out the removal of the cross from the official poster design for the 2024 Olympic Games in France. “Why did you erase the cross at the top of the dome of the Invalides on the official poster of #JO2024 ?,” she asked, adding, ”What is the point of organizing the Olympic Games in France if it is to hide what we are?”
