Meet Rudell Faulkner.
Faulkner was arrested by the NYPD for the 46th time, marking the 6th arrest this year alone.
He was arrested last week for evading fare at the turnstile, possessing felony narcotics, and facing an additional grand larceny against a 56-year-old woman who was going about her daily activities.
He has four open cases against him, three in The Bronx and one in Manhattan,
Judge J. Machelle Sweeting thought it would be a great idea to release Faulkner right the way back into society despite his long rap sheet.
It's probable that Faulkner has returned to the streets or subway of NYC, seeking his next potential victim.
