Darul Uloom on its website has issued a fatwa (Islamic injunction) validating Ghazwa-e-Hind (conquest of India by Muslims) or the Islamist project of invading India and creating a caliphate.
The fatwa says: "Whosoever sacrifices for the invasion of India will be considered a great martyr".
The Darul Uloom is not in Afghanistan or Pakistan it is here in Deoband, India barely 100 km from Delhi.
The Darul Uloom Deoband, is the largest Islamic seminary in India and is running several madrassas in the country where lakhs of children study. The NCPCR has taken suo moto cognizance alarmed that children will be influenced by such seditious ideas.
The Taliban, LeT, and other Islamist terror groups are all influenced by the ideas of Darul Uloom Deoband.
