Islam is Unbelievable! It is unreal how the illiberal effect of Islam, and how Muslims are generally much more inclined to reject notions of personal freedom, for themselves and for others. It’s interesting to note, then, how the life of Muhammad - an infallible Messenger of Allah, beyond all reproach or criticism - resembles the life of a tribal con-man who was working to build his own personal wealth… Funny how Allah keeps butting into the story and “justifying” whatever the con-man wanted to do… “Muhammad's need to settle scores with the Meccans after his threats of divine punishment against them never materialized, culminated in a new divine directive—to fight the polytheists. Bratty little Mo now held a grudge… - Like Charles Manson, he sent some rubes to rob his enemies and bring him the loot. Some of the rubes didn’t want to rob their own families, so magically another “revelation” appeared to say that Allah said that is was now OK - and when that didn’t work, then that they actually had to… - The Medinans got pissed, that their little charlatan was going to start a war with the neighbors. They called Mo on it, and he lied again - “What? It wasn’t me…my rubes misunderstood!” - To avoid the heat, he “refused” his share of the stolen goods until - wait for it - another “revelation” showed up to say that taking the goods was OK The more you learn about this con-man, the more you realize that everything he ever said was… Unbelievable
