Muhammad had seven children, all of his sons died at an early age, and all of his daughters died by the time they were 30.

Story behind this verse is:
Arabs used to make fun of Muhammad, for not being able to satisfy his wives, cz he PP wouldn't get hard. Locals were accusing that's why his wives were having affairs.
So he came up with this verse.
