20 Hamas terrorists invaded Kibbutz Kerem Shalom on October 7th. Speaking in Hebrew, the terrorists demanded Amichai and Avital, along with their six children in the safe room, to open the door. Amichai held the door shut, but the terrorists trapped the door with an explosive device and fled. Amichai lost both of his hands while saving Avital, and the children.
