🥇AERIAL ELIMINATION OF TERRORIST THWARTED: PARATROOPERS BRIGADE OPERATES IN AL-AMAL AREA, KHAN YUNIS Soldiers from the Paratroopers Brigade are actively engaged in the Khan Yunis region, focusing efforts on combat operations in the Al-Amal area, a known stronghold of the Hamas terrorist organization. During recent operations, the soldiers discovered and dismantled numerous weapons, underground tunnel shafts, observation posts, and weapons manufacturing facilities associated with Hamas. Amidst the advances in the area, terrorist cells attempted to engage in hostile actions, including firing at soldiers and planting explosives. The soldiers effectively neutralized these threats through close-range combat, snipers, mortar fire, and support from IAF strikes. Furthermore, acting on intelligence, the soldiers executed a targeted raid on Hamas' financial infrastructure. This operation led to the discovery of safes and a currency exchange office where over three million shekels, earmarked for terrorist purposes, were stored.
