October is Rett Syndrome month and is commemorated by purple… clothing, nail polish (my daughter colored her hair purple). If you don’t know about Rett Syndrome, google it and donate if you can. It’s a terrible, terrible neurological disorder that takes away little girls ability to talk, walk, or use their hands. Communication is difficult. Researchers are making great strides and have recently introduced the first treatment drug… it’s working, but more… much more is needed, so please… help if you can.
