Absolutely true. There’s a little family owned Mexican restaurant in Apex, NC. The name is Bien Venidos (Welcome). It’s a tiny place with about a dozen booths. They opened not too long ago and we finally had a chance to stop in. O… M… G! Having worked in the migrant (not illegal) community for years at Centro Campesino (Farmworker Center) in South Florida and having enjoyed the best of the best, I’m pretty picky when it comes to my Mexican food, so again O… M… G. Everything from their salsa to their meals was incredible. Do stop by and enjoy an authentic Mexican meal if you’re in the area
