Let's not forget that Wisconsin's election chief did the same. Some of that money went to install drop boxes that were illegal in Wisconsin and some of the money financed ballot harvesting in nursing homes which is also illegal in Wisconsin!

So did Wisconsin, but judges swept it all under the rug
