(GOOD NEWS for CAN:) ✈️From a CAN Ecua Expat from our todays Lunch group- - "...we found a loophole for my son to come here and to get around the vaccine exit requirement. -They are very false with their requirements. -Apparently if he flies direct from Toronto to Panama instead of into the United States he doesn't need the passport. -It is a direct collaboration between the Canadian and United States governments....." -> 🇨🇦/🇺🇸 So flying inside of Canada is the Canadian government. Fly connecting through the United States is collaboration between the two governments.
