The electricity crisis and blackouts of up to three consecutive days a week for the industrial sector have shifted the pressure from the interconnected system directly to the fuel pumps and terminals.
Although the government of Daniel Noboa and Petroecuador assure that the national supply is guaranteed by the continuous arrival of imports, the reality is that there are problems in delivering diesel on time. This, ultimately, is evidence of a supply chain at the limit....."
