The American People believe that the judicial system has outgrown its historical function, and has become utterly incapable of meeting the problems now confronting society, given the overwhelming evidence clearly illuminating todays judiciary is run more to the tune of a RICO Organization instead of the halls of justice.
We denounce this outgrown system as incompetent and corrupt and the source of unspeakable misery and suffering to the whole of society.
Under the present day judicial system, finances play a huge role. Johnny Cochran stated when he represented O.J. Simpson, In America, there is justice, it is neither a black issue, nor is it a white issue, it is a green issue, just how much justice can you afford? A sad statement indeed, yet a harsh reality. Our nation has passed into the absolute control of a plutocracy, which exacts an annual tribute of billions of dollars from the people in their pursuit of the unattainable, due in part to the lack of accountability of and from the judiciary.
In spite of the prerequisites of law, by the law and through the law, this monstrous entity and its tentacles continue to oppress those that seek TRUTH and JUSTICE. To allow the judiciary to go unchecked, will result in greater hardship and misery for the whole of society.
Millions of children and their parents have suffered from the devastation delivered at the hand of a judicial system run a muck. The result from this proliferation of abuse has left those in its wake, mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually, and in every realm, devastated to the point where, life has become a desperate battle for mere existence.
The overwhelming majority of the people of America are being forced under a yoke of bondage by this soulless judicial despotism.
The lack of oversight and accountability of and from the judiciary has plagued our nation, directly and indirectly to the point of turning the people of this nation and their children into mere servants for its own existence.
It is this lack of oversight upon the judicial system that is responsible for the increasing burden of armaments, the poverty, slums, child abuse, most of the insanity, crime and a multitude of other social ills, that afflicts mankind.
Under this system the American people are frightful of the needless perils to life, limb, and the pursuit of happiness, all of which are guaranteed rights under the United States Constitution.
The pursuit for this thing called justice, is walled around with court decisions, injunctions and unjust laws, and is preyed upon incessantly for the benefit of the controlling oligarchy of wealth that few can ill afford, merely for its own existence. Under it also, the children of those oppressed, are doomed to ignorance, drudging toil and darkened lives.
In the face of these evils, so manifest that all thoughtful observers are appalled at them, the legislative representatives of the Republican and Democratic parties remain the faithful servants of the oppressors.
Measures designed to secure that the people of this Nation receive humane and just treatment are under attack by the very system designed to insure against it. Those that dare point out the ignorance that shocks the consciousness of the people are juggled and transformed into instruments for the extraction of retribution.
The growing unrest under the oppression and tyranny has driven the people to demand change from our elected officials, on all sides of the aisle and to reign in the unbridled power of the judiciary.
For millions of parents and their children, the pursuit for justice has been proven utterly futile and ridiculous, due to the lack of oversight of and from those that wield such power, regardless of the facts and evidence that directly contradicts the judicial findings.
THEREFORE,
We declare, therefore, that the longer sufferance of these conditions is impossible, and we propose to end them once and for all.
We declare them to be the product of the present system in which the pursuit of justice is carried on for private greed of the system itself, instead of for the welfare of society.
We declare, furthermore, that through these evils, there will be and can be no remedy and no substantial relief except through the voice of the people, by and through their representatives to demand juries of our peers to be empaneled to bring accountability to those within the judiciary that violate the rights of the people.
