Our lives are made up of decisions. We make thousands of decisions everyday. What time we get up in the morning, is my first step with my right foot or left, what we eat for breakfast, which route we take to work, how hot we want our shower to be, are we going to read the Bible today.
Every movement we make, every word we speak and how we speak it, is a decision. Some are easier than others to make. Writing this devotional is a decision I made to be obedient to Gods prompting.
There are two basic spirits that drive our decisions. One is peace, the other is fear.
Fear is a prophet spirit from hell sent to give us a negative report about the future that will upset us and cause us to make a fear-based decision that God will not honor.
Peace is a spirit that confirms our decisions and bring us comfort that God will honor them.
God never uses fear! He uses peace!
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:7 NIV
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
1 John 4:18 NIV

Be Blessed!!
