Healthy Living includes the stories, products, recipies, research articles, etc. that help us live a healthier natural organic life. We focus on healthy diets, food and medical industries and how they impact our lives, healthy lifestyle, consumer product awareness, hollistic medicine, healthy pet diets, health impacts of EMF Radiation (5G Technology), etc.
I decided to start this page to organize the websites, information, research, into alternative medicine and healthy eating into one place where I can also share it with family and friends. I have been more and more interested in organic foods and health in general. but my main motivation now is my dad, who recently was diagnosed with stage-4 colon cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. Soon after that my younger brother also was diagnosed with cancer and is now undergoing chemo treatment. This lifestyle change will not be easy but I hope this helps my family and friends who I intend to share this with. This page is about sharing what my family is doing, and is not intended to be a recommendation for others. Please do your own research and/or come to your own conclusions.

My background is not in nutrition, nor medicine. I started researching and reading and learning everything I could about nutrition, organics, detoxing, etc, when my father got diagnosed with cancer. Since my family and I have been transitioning from eating industrialized food to eating organic food, about 80% raw organic fruits and vegetables. My education is in engineering (BS/MS) and my profession is in Commercial Real Estate.
