I have lived in RV's now full time for about 8 years now. 1st was a 1978 Dodge Allegro 35' Class A, then a 1989 Ford E250 Campervan and now a 2007 Thor Jazz 5th wheel. I have parked it and put it up on blocks and a pony wall and hardlined everything. I did this because I couldn't afford campgrounds anymore let alone gas, so I purchase . 20 ac. in Gabbs, NV. It's all paid for and property tax is only $57 a year. Now that you know a little bit about me, if I may ask? Has anyone here ever had this problem?: I have water with good pressure 32 psi, the water heater just finished a heating cycle. I am trying to use the hot water out of tap in kitchen but no hot water is coming out 🤔. This last summer before winter set in I replaced the pressure relief valve, anode rod, and the heating element but I have only been using gas to heat it up. Does anybody have any thoughts to interject? I have never had this issue before. Thank you & God Bless. Mike

It's a brass fitting that goes into the hot water line for the supply (sinks, shower). This is what my problem was, a little plastic plunger inside the valve with an O ring and spring. Cleaned out calcium deposits put on new O ring, lubed and right back into production. I am telling you all this in case you have this problem. Some people may have to tear down panties or cabinets to get at the back of your water heater, like in my case (the entire pantry). Happy Camping 💞🤑🤠
