So I thought, why the hell not! 1 pound 80/20 chuck, 1/2 pound Italian mild sausage, SPG, a couple shots of Worcestershire, Onions, Bell Pepper, Tomatoes you know, the usual fixins. Smoked it with mesquite around 225 for a little over 4 hours. Hit it with a mustard Carolina sauce.
All in all, must admit, it was some pretty good eats.

Add skin back on and hit with Salt and Pepper. Smoked at 225 for 2 hours with apple wood. Then cranked it up to 300 - 325 and hit it with some KC for about another 45 minutes. DAMN! Was some good eats!
Some wings I smoked up with Pecan and Apple. 1 hour at 160, then 1 hour at 300. Turned out amazing. Also, I am not one who is able to fire up the grill and not throw burgers on.
