So apparently everyone is smoking meatloaves. So I thought, why the hell not! 1 pound 80/20 chuck, 1/2 pound Italian mild sausage, SPG, a couple shots of Worcestershire, Onions, Bell Pepper, Tomatoes you know, the usual fixins. Smoked it with mesquite around 225 for a little over 4 hours. Hit it with a mustard Carolina sauce.All in all, must admit, it was some pretty good eats.
