One of the striking but questionable pieces of evidence provided to us regarding the return of the Republic and the ongoing Trump presidency, and how all of this could have happened, was that in early January, the FCC sent a letter to broadcasters across the country informing them that they would fulfill their " obligations to comply with the conditions so that the president can speak to the people in emergency circumstances. This information came with the clear idea that Donald Trump is going to cancel the regular broadcast to tell the public the truth about the clique, the election, NESARA and everything else. It was a very exciting thought, but after it was published on social networks, it was exposed, and then everything was lost in the sauce with many other meatballs.I am pleased to report that the letter from the FCC is authentic, confirmed by Derrick Bulava, CEO of BEK Communications Cooperative, a broadcaster that is now providing us with this letter for publication.

Excerpt from the letter:
"The Alert Systems Modernization Act of 2015 requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to test EAS (or EBS - the emergency alert system, as Q referred to in the drops - "When the turning point comes, EBS will be involved and people will get a message from President Trump) at the national level at least once every three years. For each of these tests, the FCC requires EAS Participants to send a message, meet the FCC's audio and visual requirements, and submit the test results to the EAS Test Reporting System database. The Commission evaluates the test results to determine whether the alerts comply with the Commission's rules, including whether the alerts are distributed nationally and are accessible to the hearing and vision impaired. The test results also determine whether EAS participants need to make adjustments to improve the reliability and coverage of their warnings. What steps can EAS members take to improve their participation in the EAS and ensure compliance with the FCC rules? The EAS rules are contained in sections 11.1-11.61 of the Commission's rules. Key requirements include: EAS participants must ensure that their EASequipment equipment is monitored and transmitted whenever stations and systems are operating. Failure of an EAS Member to receive or transmit an EAS message during a national test or an actual emergency due to an equipment failure may result in an enforcement action against the EAS Member. To ensure the availability of these features, EAS Participants must take measures to ensure the safety of their equipment. For example, EAS participants must update their hardware software and firmware to the latest version."
