View MoreMeasure of Rule by Bob McGinnis We are going to begin with the Nepios stage, which is the youngest age in the Greek, it is an infant between the ages of 1 day and 3 years of age. A Born again believer is a nepios. I have heard Ministers in Christianity, that are in their 60th year of ministry, confess to be 'born again believers,' without understanding what it means to be 'born again,' or how it is used. We have people all over the world confessing to be 'Christian,' merely because their parents were, or grandparents were. That doesnt make them a Christian. The 'Christian Definition' is one that walks in the footsteps of Christ, which NONE of them do. When we began digging into the Scriptures back in the early 80's, we realized that Christians were talking the talk, but not walking the walk. The more we dug, the more we could no longer identify with 'Christianity,' because we started realizing that the translations were altered by the Vatican. Isaiah 9:1-7 Yahweh gave us a 'Government' that is NOT of men, but is of Yahweh, and it is our responsibility to grow up, and learn how His Government works, so we can rule properly. Yahoshoa Mashyach is The Governor of Yahweh's Kingdom. But under The Governor, you have other governors in their proper states. As we speak, we might have a handful of governors in the world that understand some principles of His Kingdom and how it works, and that appalls me, because we should be a lot farther along than that. In 2,000 years, and we only have a handful of governors? Yahoshoa did not step into His Authority until He turned 30. Because He didnt want to abuse that Responsibility and Authority, as man does. If we give nepios' authority and responsibility. They will abuse it, and destroy themselves. Nepios' were given authority over America, and immediately America sold her jobs overseas. That made us dependent on other nations, to put us in a slavery state where we would have to rely on a New World Order. Are you with me folks? Pay attention to how this plays out. It is OUR Responsibility to turn America, and every other nation back over to Yahweh, and make the kingdoms of this world, the kingdoms of our Master. Galatians 4:1-31 This word child is 'nepios,' and means a novice, new born, immature, non-speaking (or has no right to speak), simpleton. Notice what Paul says about this nepios; A Nepios is subject to tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. I dislike the way that the KJV and most translations added a 'little f' here, when it should have been a capital. You and I are subject to Yahwehs Tutors and Governors, until the time that Yahweh says Okay, now I am going to bring you out from under these guys, and give you some authority of your own, and see how you handle it. If you cant, I will place you back under Tutors and Governors. There are so many ministers, that sat as Deacons in churches for 2-3 years, some maybe a little longer, then ran right out and started their own ministry. If you put your names on a ministry, you are still a nepios. This ministry is not ours, it belongs to Yahweh. Its His. We are only Governors of His Ministry, and if we dont know how to govern properly, we will govern His ministry into the wrong direction, and run wild. Guess what? Christians have. Thats how we have 1,000's of different denominations and religions all under the guise of Christianity. James 3:1-12 Master is a Governor. And we have 100,000s of masters running around teaching their own doctrines, claiming that they speak for 'Yahweh.' No folks, they dont. If it does not agree with Scripture, it is not from Yahweh. Rapture, going to heaven, we have to die, prosperity messages, Yahoshoa born at Christmas, etc., these are ALL false doctrines that dont agree with Scripture. I can take you to the Scriptures, and show you that these doctrines are not Scriptural. You cannot vise versa, because it isnt there. Romans 8:12-16 Debtor Someone that owes something. You dont owe your flesh anything folks. You dont owe your carnal nature anything. Stop being a debtor to it. Stop thinking that you do. Thats why people sin. Hebrews 2:14-15 Who has the power of death? The Devil does. We gave him that authority when we rebelled against Yahweh in the Garden. Every time we sin, we give Heylel more and more of that authority to kill us. Heylel put the idea into your mind that you owe your flesh something. That you owe your flesh the lusts, pleasures, etc., of life, and at the end, you owe him your life. Are you following? 1 Cor 15:51-55 You cannot get a victory over something, if you didnt win. You have to win the battle against death. How do we win? Not by dying. It irritates me when I hear people say when we die, we get the victory. No you dont! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard! You get the victory over your enemy, by conquering them. If your enemy wins, you lost the war. Death is our enemy. Has been since the Garden. Go back and read it in Genesis 3. Yahweh placed a curse of death on our carnal man, until we learned to be obedient, and do our job, and conquer death, and put death under our feet. Isaiah 60:1-5 You have to get this into your head folks. Mankind, on a daily basis, places curses on us by the word of their mouths. Just turn on your tv to a commercial, and watch how many times they curse you with death, side effects, etc. We just watched a commercial yesterday, that said 1 in 3 people will develop Diabetes in the world. That is a curse folks, and if you dont learn how to break those curses, you are screwed. Go back and read James 3 again. Your mouths govern your body. If you dont learn how to correct your language, correct your tongue, you will lead yourselves to death. Proverbs 8:15-16 What is a 'Governor?' Its a 'Prince.' How does a 'Prince' rule? Through wisdom. Gen 32:28 Everyone that is given a 'Governorship' in Yahwehs Kingdom, is named Israel. My New Name is 'Israel.' I am a Prince of Yahweh, He gave me a measure of Rule that I must govern, and I must rule utilizing His Wisdom, and no longer my own. Rev 1:6 Yahoshoa has already made us kings and priests to Yahweh. So what is stopping you from operating as one? YOU ARE! You are the only one stopping you. Heylel isnt, the devil isnt, only you are. Your immaturity is what is preventing you from fully functioning and operating as a king and priest under Yahweh. When you act upon your carnal nature, and satisfy the lusts of your flesh, you are acting immature. You are acting as spoiled brats, and Yahweh wont give you any authority. He isnt stupid! Only when you operate under His Wisdom, will He give you any responsibility and authority. Mark 11:23-24 Is He talking to nepios'? No, He isnt. He is talking to Huios', those that are done being childish, and want to grow up, and operate under Yahwehs Widsom.
