Dear God let my mouth praise you and give you the credit for all of my good things!! Let me never ceasingly give you the praises that you so undoubtedly deserve!! Let me be humble and in humiliation when approaching you in my times of need and desperation... but more importantly help me to remember and understand It's not about me and my desires but about You and Your love in which I will say you are Holy Holy Holy, deserving of all my praise and all the Glory!!! Amen!!

As it is explained above, we are to be doers of the word but we, as a church, have allowed ourselves to become complacent. We have allowed the devil to slide in while spreading his lies like it's ok to hunker down and remain idle. It's ok with just listening to the sermon on the radio or watching it on the tv. It's ok to shut ourselves in while avoiding everyone. It's ok to put outreach hold. We can always address missions later.
I'm here to say it's not ok! It's not ok to abandon our responsibilities as a christian. It's not ok to shut ourselves in away from the world. It's not ok to stand idle. It's not ok to blow outreach and missions off. It's not ok to be disobedient to God!!
Why are these things not ok? Because the need for God does not cease in a pandemic, a blizzard, or any other time where it becomes a little more difficult to fulfill Gods word. God does not say "hey, don't worry about not passing this test. I have more, just pick one you feel more comfortable with trying to address." Or "I got an easier one coming up soon, don't stress this one." Their is no picking or choosing with God. He expects us to address each trail and test He gives us head on with faith in Him while continuing to be doers of the word. Period. The end. Nothing follows. No exceptions. No buts. No or's.
Brothers and Sisters, there is still daylight but night is not far off. We do not have time to sit idle. It's time to get into the trenches. It's time to occupy the battlefields. It's time to get serious about winning souls for Christ because darkness is quickly descending upon us!!

Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.
We must not treat the days we are living as if everything is sugar and plum trees, because if we do our end time will be fire and brimstone!!! You see we are to pass Gods tests and trials now to avoid the sentencing later, the sentencing to Hell!!! The the possiblity of the Lords denial is real and hell is hot!!
Say your prayers. Repent of your sins. Praise God. Live as you should, a Holy, Godly life and gain entrance into Heaven!!!
