Whatever you think about Mike Pompeo, one cannot close one's eyes to the fact that his Deputy Secretary of State, Stephen Biegun was then and still is today a dues-paying member of the CFR, the Council on Foreign Relations!

The CFR's history is studded with globalist "accomplishments" that amount to the steady and piecemeal erosion of America's Constitution, her independence and her sovereignty by all of the pushed "entangling alliances" that they ALWAYS push to transfer more of our sovereignty to international "governing bodies" and organizations.. like the United Nations... that the CFR actually created for precisely those objectives!
It is not a stretch at all to say that the CFR is the single greatest true national security threat that the United States of America has EVER had and although Trump did reduce the number of CFR members that are typically in each administration running things from around 250 down to 100, they weren't excluded (booted) altogether!!! But that "reduction" was INTOLERABLE to the CFR group and they pulled out all the political "stops" to defeat Trump in 2020! They used their influence deep inside the GOP to do so and of course they had the full cooperation of the DNC and their members that are regularly seen on primetime MSM shows as talking heads!
With Biden, we have the return of the CFR with a vengeance and more than 300 CFR members, the most ever, running what they want the public to think is "the Biden administration"! It's NOT! It's the CFR administration!
Could Stephen Biegun been a mole to undermine Pompeo's gut policy desires? To "moderate" Pompeo's goals or expectations? To reduce the possibility of any "return to normalcy" of pro-U.S. policies? More and more people are interested in following the globalists members of the CFR.
Their network is extensive and their "prestige" undeserved, in so far as they have been at the center of policies that have weakened the very country that plays host to their headquarters - the U.S.A.
Just who is the writer of this and other articles, Mark Whitney? I don't know enough about him to make a "trust" or "don't trust" judgement. He knows terms like globalism and new world order but fails to point out CFR members in charge of US Foreign Policy - referring to "Washington" wants or doesn't want "this" or "that" thing. He mentions the names of actual CFR members, but doesn't connect the "dots" to them! A missed opportunity if I ever saw one!
He even misidentifies Ned Price, as Nick Price and in this article fails to make the point that it was "Biden's"(Washington) who erased Trump's Nord Stream 2 pipeline work blockage in his 4 years.
He falsely or confusingly claims that Washington has been opposed to the NS2 line all along to keep Germany dependent on US energy and the banksters preferred "petro-dollar" based system.
It's all very interesting and mysterious even. But if you scour through the events of history -FACTUALLY - it's easy to see that what the public and the "world" is being fed, is a steady diet of "breaking news" to distract from the mountains of evidence that expose a huge geopolitical criminal network akin to the Sicilian Mafia (Cosa Nostra) with their different "families". Each family - is part of the whole. But there seems to be an understanding that there's a power greater than all of them combined that if one family treads on the territory (market) of another, they will be "disciplined" and punished for doing so. Each criminal family knows they are basically welfare recipients and if they expect massive amounts of money and high lifestyle and power to continue, they must play by the "total group's" strictures.
Instead of low level "markets" like the "drug trade", "prostitution", "money laundering", "gambling and casinos" - THIS globalist mafia DIVIDES up their cash & power "cow" in areas like the "pharmaceutical drug industry", "oil, gas and energy", "military supplies and "defense" industry activity known as the Military Industrial Complex in each major country (the U.S., Russia, China, Israel and France, primarily).
The ONE THING that this global mafia network CAN'T ALLOW is an outside threat posed by the rising awareness of the masses within and among their VICTIMS!!!
ANY serious and rising THREATS from WE the PEOPLE of Planet Earth, regardless of country, will be dealt with as harshly as their power will allow.
Which brings me to the question of Putin himself and Russia by default. I truly believe that Putin knows he is one of the "families" in the network. We on the outside must understand that from time to time, one of the families will kick up their heels and attempt to infringe on one or more of the other "family's" markets. There's something about the "arrangement" within the family they don't like. Maybe they feel like the "red-headed step child". Maybe they don't like always being cast as one of the "bad guys". Maybe they want to become the unspoken power behind and above ALL the families! Who knows?
Putin is either being told what his role is, and he is obeying to the letter, and will be rewarded, or he isn't following their script and may get "punished" by the "order".
When interfamily rivalries flare up into public view, narratives are used to distract from what's really happening. The intricate inner workings of their "Mafia" must remain concealed and/or misunderstood by those who have the potential of breaking them up and toppling their criminal enterprises.
While they are fighting it out as to how to split up the Earth's "bounty", it is the larger human population that is used as their "milk-cows".
There's little effective difference between today's IRS and your requirement to pay and the "protection money" demanded of you by the visiting local Mafia goon at your store or home.
How much of this will you tolerate?
