View MoreI knew a lady with macular degeneration who appeared to suffer from this. Please read up on Charles Bonnet (pronounced bo‑NAY) syndrome, many doctors and people in the optical business don't seem to know about it. I had previously read about it and recognized the symptoms.
"Seeing people, flowers or patterns that aren't really there can be frightening. But for people with serious vision loss, these visions are often a known and harmless side effect, experts say.
"The condition, called Charles Bonnet syndrome (CBS), causes vivid visual hallucinations in people who have lost much of their sight. Many people keep quiet about it because they fear they're developing dementia or a mental illness, according to The Washington Post.
"Studies suggest CBS affects about 1 in 6 people with retinal disease or major vision loss. It's more common in people with the worst sight."
Part of the problem is that awareness is low, even among doctors.
"'I think a lot of people are not familiar with it, even within the medical community. I don't recall being taught this in medical school,' Dr. Surendar Purohit, a retina specialist at Specialty Eye Institute in Jackson, Michigan, told The Post."

"President Donald Trump announced Friday an agreement with Denmark and Greenland strengthening U.S. security in the Arctic, and the three governments said they plan to sign next week at the United Nations.
"Trump wrote that the arrangement gives the United States 'the complete ability to do what is necessary in Greenland,' called it an 'Infinite Life' deal with no cost to Washington and barred U.S. adversaries from basing troops or making sensitive investments in the semi-autonomous Danish territory without American approval. His administration would 'immediately' begin developing a large military presence on the mineral-rich island, he said."

"'When you’re on the Supreme Court, you’re thinking about what the law should be,' Sotomayor reportedly said. 'If you’re reading our opinions, many of my colleagues are not worried about what the law was. What they’re thinking about is what the law should be.'”
"The senior justice also reportedly claimed that 'some' of her SCOTUS colleagues 'don’t understand' how American government works.
"Sotomayor purportedly cited her disagreement with the unitary executive theory, which recognizes the president’s inherent Article II authority over the executive branch.
“'That’s not what was created' by the Constitution, Sotomayor reportedly claimed. 'We created a government with checks and balances, and the unitary executive theory is overturning that balance.'”
"Since joining the high court, the Obama appointee has regularly disregarded the law’s original meaning to advance outcomes that comport with her left-wing ideology."
"Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has become infamous for taking personal jabs at the court’s conservative majority.
"While speaking at an event last year, the Biden appointee characterized the Supreme Court’s most recent rulings as an 'existential threat to the rule of law.'”

In Public Attacks On SCOTUS, Sotomayor Sinks To A New Low
Justice Sotomayor accused her conservative colleagues of acting unethically on the bench and not understanding how American government works.

"Harris raised a jaw-dropping $81 million in the 24 hours following President Joe Biden calling it quits in July 2024. 'In August, the campaign said it raised $361 million, bringing the total to more than $615 million in fundraising since Harris had entered the race,' CBS News reported ..."

"ActBlue supervisors told their teams to take donations even if red flags popped up. In one case, a supervisor disagreed with a fraud-prevention staffer’s review of a contribution. In audit notes, the supervisor acknowledges the 'donor is foreign, but correctly entered their billing address, so they would be prompted for their passport number.'”
"In one communication, a supervisor wrote that a staffer should 'give the benefit of the doubt to the donor' despite multiple red flags. The discrepancies included “IP/billing mismatch and a concerning IP provider name, a foreign credit card, an odd email domain, and being connected to other rejected users via browser fingerprint.' Still, the supervisor couldn’t 'say for sure that this is fraud.'”
"'We must continue to stand against all efforts to undermine the grassroots infrastructure that powers the Democratic Party,' ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Jones said in a statement to The Post.
"Steil said the investigation will continue."

At the same time, the former chief of staff to the Democrat running to replace the current governor has also pled guilty to a bunch of felonies and is also awaiting sentencing."
"The news about fraud arrests and convictions is beginning to resemble a snowball as it nears the bottom of the hill. Fraud everywhere, fraud all the time, fraud as the local culture."
"In Southern California, Paul Randall has just been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after he submitted $270 million in fraudulent Medi-Cal claims – Medi-Cal is what California calls its federally funded Medicaid program, government health insurance for the poor – over the course of 11 months. Several co-defendants are awaiting sentencing in the same fraud ring."

"The fraud is in the form. Prosecutors and journalists catch individuals stealing social services funding, but the structure of a system in which billions of public dollars flow through hundreds of private corporations guarantees that no one can track all of the spending and all of the outcomes."

California Spirals Down Into Constant, Soul-Destroying Fraud
Fraud arrests are exploding across California, as years of single-party rule have produced a culture of depravity and corruption.

"New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill held a press conference...that she was on top of a preventable assault on election integrity...told reporters that she was 'appalled by the reckless failures' that opened the door to thousands of noncitizens showing up on the Garden State’s voter rolls."
"'We have no evidence at this time that any elections were swayed,' Sherrill said."
"Nearly two months later, we still don’t know whether that’s true."
"The 6,600 noncitizens on New Jersey's voter rolls show why we need voter ID requirements."
"...election integrity experts testified that the reported noncitizens on New Jersey’s voter rolls are likely just the 'tip of the iceberg' in the Garden State — and in a lot of other states. That’s troubling less than 50 days until November’s general election."
"The Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicle division in 2024 'discovered' staff misidentified nearly 2,000 registrants as U.S. citizens on its voter rolls."
"Leftist California’s statewide voter registration system...can’t say how many noncitizens have been removed from its voter rolls, if any, because it doesn’t track that information."
"In Tim Walz’s Minnesota, illegal immigrants could cast ballots if they show a valid state driver’s license, granted to them thanks to Minnesota’s inclusive licensure law."
"As Findlay noted, in 2025 alone at least three New Jersey elections were decided by one vote or resulted in a tie."

New Jersey Just 'The Tip Of The Iceberg' For Dirty Voter Rolls
'Ladies and gentlemen, ... that’s called a cover-up,' said Rep. Jeff Van Drew, R-NJ, during a hearing on New Jersey's dirty voter rolls.
