Sick Bikes! That was the life. We would hunt down old bike parts and build frankensteins. Grandpa bought me a Red Warrior, brand new. Withing two weeks, I had rebuilt the thing with banana seat, high sissy bar, and extended front forks. And the best part was it was a new colour almost weekly.

The fifties and sixties were just as awesome. If not more. There were old abandoned houses and cars to explore.

The banana seat's were perfect for riding double too... Ya didn't have to ride on the handlebars 😁 I remember riding on handlebars all the way to school.... that was our talent 😊
