3 Idiots in One Roundabout

Some drivers in Los Angeles are not familiar with the concept of a roundabout. The Honda Fit driver hesitates to move forward as I am driving at 15-20 mph on the roundabout, while at the same time a Kia Niro EV fails to properly yield at a roundabout and almost hits me. As that is going on, a Civic gets cut off by a tow truck driver contracted by AAA who fails to see the Civic in the inner lane of the roundabout and almost make contact.
