I get packages home and weigh them and they are underweight compared to the label.

If this happens to you , contact your states Weights & Measures division , give them the package for evidence.. They will send an investigation crew & if the store is found guilty they will pay a huge fine & be put on notice that they are being monitored.. It won't happen again..
