All of these cases fall under the Nuremberg Code, The UN Charter, the Syracuse Protocols, and all other international laws governing the patient having the right to decline any and all experimental treatments, and not to be forcibly euthanized and maimed for life like the Nazis did to people under their T4 program “for the greater good” and “for their safety.”
