Now that the dust has settled again on what I believe to be another blatantly stolen election in (at the very least) PA, AZ and NV, I wanted to give you an update on new platform changes and our shareholders meeting. 1 - Shareholder Meeting Date: Due to elections and the Thanksgiving holiday, we'd like to move the meeting to the first week of December. Setting up a virtual meeting of this size is not easy, nor is it an easy task to make sure the meeting is 100% secure and that only shareholders are involved with no outside ears or eyes partaking. Please lookout in your email you provided at purchase in the coming days for dates, times and meeting instructions. I will try to accommodate 3 separate meetings on separate dates and times to get all shareholders available and on the calls. We would like to hold quarterly meetings. 2 - New Apps: Our new apps are complete and now in testing to be uploaded to app stores. New apps will provide every single feature that the Wimkin website offers that are missing on our current apps (i.e. ads in videos for revenue generation and to attract the largest influencers, non-intrusive scrolling and banner ads to keep the platform free, full management options for groups including approval questions, the follow feature, new Patriot Marketplace with checkout features where users can pay other users for products, and so much more! We will announce when your apps can be updated and downloaded. 3 - New Patriot Marketplace: The marketplace will have every feature of Facebook however, users will be able to pay other users for their purchases right on Wimkin with "Wimkoin" currency that is converted to dollars in your Wimkin Wallets. Simply withdraw such and Wimkin settles the transactions. This is going to be huge! As the feature will be extremely costly for us, we can only offer this feature to Patriot members, which costs $15.00/month. The time is now to promote! 5 - Purchasing Platforms: Wimkin is open to buying out other platforms that would boost our userbase if it financially makes sense for all involved. We will make these decisions based on the votes of all shareholders. 6 - Shares Left: As of right now, it's not too late to grab a few of the remaining shares left!
