View MoreTrump Signs Executive Orders Adding Limits to Birthright Citizenship and BANNING Birth Tourism President Trump on Thursday signed two executive orders on birthright citizenship and birth tourism, following the Supreme Court’s ruling against the Trump Administration’s executive order ending birthright citizenship. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the US Supreme Court struck down President Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship in a 5-4 decision last month. Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett joined the Democrats to allow millions of fraudulent citizenship claims to be made through birth tourism and anchor babies. Trump decried the “very, very unfortunate” decision, adding, “So we’re making adjustments because it’s very unfair.” “This was done right after the Civil War. This was for the babies of slaves, and what’s happening now, people are building businesses around it,” Trump said. “Wealthy people are building businesses around birthright citizenship. That’s not the way it was supposed to work. It’s a disgrace. They’re buying their way in, and we’re not going to let it happen.” White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller then explained the two orders, one of which will “expand the definitions of people who are ineligible for birthright citizenship,” including “alien enemies of the United States, members of foreign terrorist organizations, and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign governments.” The other order bans birthright tourism, the practice by which people travel to the United States solely for the purpose of giving birth to a child on our soil. “No one in the world is anymore allowed to obtain a visa for this fraudulent purpose,” Miller said. WATCH: Miller: So today, the president signed these two executive orders here relating to birthright citizenship and birth tourism. As the president mentioned, the 14th Amendment was passed exclusively in the aftermath of the Civil War, so that to ensure that the children of slaves would be citizens. It had no other meaning and purpose outside of that, and that’s been clear, obviously, since the day that it was passed. You can go back and you can read the congressional debates. This is not something that’s even seriously contested by anybody. The president is using his authority as commander in chief to sign first an executive order, using the new ruling the Supreme Court issued to expand the definitions of people who are ineligible for birthright citizenship. That includes, for example, alien enemies of the United States, members of foreign terrorist organizations, and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign governments. And so, with taking this action, it ensures that large numbers of people who wrongly would be getting birthright citizenship will no longer be eligible for those benefits. The second action that he’s taking, which is especially historic, is for the first time ever in American history to ban birth tourism. So I want you to really let that sink in. This has been something that people have talked about, not only for years but for decades. The idea that people come here pretending to be a tourist, pretending to be a visitor, saying they want to go to Disneyland, they want to go visit a monument or go to a national park, but the real reason they’re here is to have a child, to make that child an automatic citizen, leave our country, and then have a U.S. citizen child. It gives them access out of this broken system to welfare benefits, ultimately to the voting booth, and all the other rights and privileges that belong solely to Americans. So, that practice of birth tourism is, as of the signing of this order, hereby banned. And what that means is that no one in the world is anymore allowed to obtain a visa for this fraudulent purpose. It is probably, and President Trump has done many historic things on immigration —too many to list now— sealed the southern border shut, record deportations, record integrity, stopping foreign terrorist entry, record reduction in drug seizures, dismantling the criminal cartels, dismantling the gangs, right. The release shows Fauci’s bizarre obsession with fame and also indicates he believed the COVID death rate was far lower than what he told lawmakers while under oath. The diaries were public as part of the committee’s ongoing oversight investigation. Senator Paul shared a series of statments on X about the diary and the release, “My investigation uncovered that Anthony Fauci kept a diary. What he wrote privately and what he told the country are two different stories. Today I’m releasing his entries from December 2019 through December 2022.” “While publicly posturing as a champion of science, he was privately directing his staff to destroy federal records. This is a blatant violation, a betrayal of the public trust, and further proof that Fauci engaged in a coverup from the very beginning of the pandemic. I’m going to ask him about this when he goes under oath this Wednesday.” In testimony before the House Oversight Committee on March 11, 2020, Fauci told lawmakers, “The stated mortality over all of this when you look at all the data including China is about three percent. It first started off as two and three.” Fox News notes that, when asked by Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) to compare the mortality from COVID-19 to the mortality of the seasonal flu, he responded, “I think if you count all the cases of minimally symptomatic or asymptomatic infection, that probably brings the mortality rate down to somewhere around one percent, which means it is 10 times more lethal than the seasonal flu.” “I think that is something that people can get their arms around and understand.” Yet, on page 19 of the document, he wrote, referencing former CDC Director Tom Frieden, ” Tom Frieden called me this AM and we discussed various aspects of the outbreak.” “He and I are on the same page in thinking tht this is acting like a bad influenza in its transmissibility and that the denominator is much greater than 34,867 (above) making the case fatality rate (CFR) more like 0.2-0.3 % rather than 2.0%.” So, Dr. Fauci admitted in his personal diary that he spoke with Tom Frieden and they decided that the COVID outbreak was like a “bad flu year.” And yet, Fauci proceeded to: * Shut down small businesses killing millions of jobs * Shut down schools * Put Americans and babies in face masks * Condemned hundreds of thousands of Americans to die alone * Lied about the origins of the disease in a lab he was funding * Destroyed lives based on rules he knew were not necessary And, he always knew the disease was like a bad flu year.
