-$101 million for 29 diversity, equity and inclusion contracts at the Department of Education. Wow! We've cancelled all of this and saved all of this money.
And again, this is just a small sample, I could go on and read them all day.
-$520 million for a consultant. I want to know who that consultant is? ... To make ESG (environmental, social and governance) investments in Africa.
-$25 million to promote biodiversity conservation and improve livelihoods by developing socially responsible behaviors in Colombia.
-$40 million to improve social and economic inclusion for sedentary migrants. Nobody knows what that means. Nobody. Everyone is trying to figure out what the hell all of this means.
-$42 million for social and behavioral change in Uganda.
-$40 million newspaper ads in Uganda.
- $70 million for research into evidence-based solutions to development challenges.
- $10 million for medical male circumcision in Mozambique. What is that? What does that mean?
- $2.3 million to strengthen independent voices in Cambodia.
- $14 million to improve public procurement in Serbia.
- $486 million to the Consortium for Strengthening Elections and the Political Process, including $22 million for an inclusive and participatory political process in Moldova.
- And $21 million for electoral participation in India. Why do we need to spend $21 million for electoral participation in India?
$21 million? ... I guess they were trying to get someone else elected. Well, we should tell the Indian government, because when we heard that Russia spent about two dollars in our country, it was a big deal, wasn't it?
They put out some ads on the internet for two thousand dollars and it was a total bust. ... Right?
It's a big step forward: $21 million for India. Elections: $29 million to strengthen the political landscape in Bangladesh.
- $20 million for fiscal federalism and $19 million, plus $21 million for biodiversity conversion in Nepal
- $1.5 million for a vote of confidence in Liberia... we also need the confidence of the voters.
When you read this list...
- $14 million for social cohesion in Mali.
- $2.5 million for inclusive democracies in South Africa
- $47 million to improve learning outcomes in Asia. They are economically very well off, we don't need to give them money.
And in another program, $50 million, plus another $50 million for condoms for Hamas. Do you know about that? $100 million for condoms. Does everyone know what a condom is? ... For Hamas. $100 million?!
And these are just a few, I could read this list all day but I don't want to bore you.
But these are just a few and they're not as bad as others. And some are just... I don't want to say it because that's too incisive.
