But the Supreme court voted for the states to follow their own charter outside the corporate fed system.
The Federal Reserve does not respect the rights of states to have banks that operate under their own charter and not under the control of Washington DC.
States are reclaiming their power. This paper shows that we never needed the Federal Reserve on a legal basis.
How? Simple.
National banks, or banks with federal charters, are primarily under the oversight and regulation of the federal government. And state chartered banks, called state banks, are subject to additional state oversight and regulation. Those two banking systems coexist and compete.
